How cute are these! Perfect little holiday fruit snack with minimal effort
Ingredients
-
Fruit of choice, I used watermelon, pineapple, nectarines and plums
-
Mini Gingerbread Cookie Cutter
-
Skewers I used medium sized ones
Directions
Slice your fruit in to pieces so you can cut it out with your cookie cutter (see notes)
Remove the skin from the nectarines and plums
Then use your cookie cutter to cut out the shapes of the gingerbread men in each fruit
Pop onto the skewers I alternated between the yellow and the red coloured fruits. Simply pop the skewer straight through the middle of the fruit. I got 4 mini gingerbread men on my skewers and still had a little space at the base to hold them
Serve and eat that's it, I would make this one fresh so that it stays nice and the fruit colours don't mix into eachother.
